Netflix Hong Kong has both seasons. But you can’t watch any of the movies in Hong Kong.
Netflix Japan has the first season, and the third movie, Dawn of the Deep Soul — but only in Japanese.

How to Watch Made in Abyss on Netflix via VPN
This method works on both desktop PCs and mobile phones or tablets.
