SHOSHIMIN: How to Become Ordinary follows Jogoro Kobato and Yuki Osanai as their quiet-school-life plans keep colliding with small mysteries. This guide separates Japan listings from the Crunchyroll option available outside Japan.
Where to Watch SHOSHIMIN: How to Become Ordinary
Use the direct title pages below to confirm your plan, subtitles, and current playback options before subscribing. Streaming catalogues can change by region.
| Service | Type | Availability | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crunchyroll | Subscription streaming | Outside Japan in Crunchyroll-licensed regions | A direct series page exists, but it was not accessible from Japan during this update. |
| Netflix Japan | Subscription streaming | Japan | The Japan title page currently lists Season 1 and Season 2. |
| U-NEXT | Subscription streaming | Japan | Direct entry for the 2024 小市民シリーズ TV anime. |
Japan Availability
For Japan, Netflix Japan currently shows both Season 1 and Season 2. U-NEXT is a direct page for the 2024 小市民シリーズ TV anime, so its scope is narrower than Netflix’s two-season listing.
Outside Japan
Crunchyroll is the direct international series page to check in Crunchyroll-licensed regions outside Japan. It was not accessible from Japan in this update, so it is not presented as a Japan viewing option.
How to Check Your Region
If none of the linked options works where you live, search the exact title on a legal service available in your country and confirm the listing before paying. Do not assume a service carries the series simply because it offers other anime.
Watching While Travelling
Streaming rights and playback rules vary by country. When travelling, use services in line with their terms and local law. On public Wi-Fi, a privacy tool such as NordVPN can help protect your connection.
About SHOSHIMIN
