Where to Watch A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof Online in 2026
US and Supported Territories
| # | Service | Type | Availability / Countries | What this page confirms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Crunchyroll | Subscription streaming | United States and supported Crunchyroll territories — not Japan | Direct international title page. From Japan it returns a location-unavailable response, so it is not Japan availability evidence. |
Japan Availability
| # | Service | Type | Availability / Countries | What this page confirms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | U-NEXT | Subscription streaming | Japan | Direct Japanese title page for A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof. |
| 2 | Official Japanese distribution list | Official availability reference | Japan | The official on-air page documents d Anime Store as the initial fastest service and names the wider Japan distribution lineup. It is not a substitute for a current direct title page on every named service. |
The official on-air page says d Anime Store began the initial fastest stream, then lists a broader Japanese distribution lineup that includes d Anime Store, U-NEXT, ABEMA, Anime Hōdai, niconico, DMM TV, Lemino, FOD, Bandai Channel, Hulu Japan, TELASA, J:COM STREAM, milplus, Kansai TV Doga, TVer, Prime Video, HAPPY! Video, and Rakuten TV. The page labels this wider group as subscription services, but it also tells viewers to check each service for details; access, episodes, and plans can differ. This guide therefore uses U-NEXT as the verified direct Japan title page and the official list for completeness rather than claiming an identical offer on every service.
What to Check Before Subscribing
Match your country to the table before paying. Crunchyroll’s title page is a supported-territory route and is not Japan evidence; Hulu Japan is also separate from US Hulu. For Japan, begin with the direct U-NEXT page when available, or use the official distribution list to find a service and verify the title, episode access, and plan there.
Anime Synopsis
Satoko Kusagakure leaves her ninja village but is unprepared for ordinary city life. Konoha Koga, a high-school student who also works as an assassin, takes her in after a chance encounter. Satoko’s ninjutsu and Konoha’s lethal day job turn their apartment into the center of a deadpan, often violent comedy as the two form an uneasy partnership and Satoko’s past keeps closing in.
