Immoral Guild Plot

The intriguing universe of Immoral Guild invites us into the life of Kikuru Madan, a proficient hunter who dreams of a peaceful retirement while relishing his youth. His tranquil plans, however, are disrupted because he can’t just leave his guild without a successor. When Enome, the guild’s receptionist, persuades him to undertake a mission with Hitamu Kyan, a novice martial artist, Kikuru thinks that this might be his shot at finding the right person.

Hitamu, a martial artist characterized by her dog ears, is a staunch advocate of diligence. Yet, her combat skills against monsters leave much to be desired. Surprisingly, she seems to draw monsters towards her rather than fend them off. This unforeseen development forces Kikuru to postpone his retirement as he finds himself mentoring Hitamu and other newcomers who join their ranks.

As the narrative progresses, we witness Kikuru and his squad maneuvering through a myriad of trials and adventures. Every new recruit contributes their distinct abilities and idiosyncrasies, infusing their journey with complexity and wit.

The narrative extends beyond the mere combat against monsters and questing. It delves into the interpersonal dynamics among the characters, their individual evolution, and the relationships they cultivate with one another. For example, Kikuru nurses romantic feelings for Enome!

Immoral Guild is set in the bustling town of Mebuki, a place teeming with life and activity. The town is home to a local guild, a place where adventurers gather, take on quests, and hone their skills. The guild is a central part of life in Mebuki, and it’s here that our story unfolds.

The town of Mebuki, with its guild and its inhabitants, plays a crucial role in the narrative. It’s a place where friendships are formed, battles are fought, and where our characters grow and evolve. The world itself seems to be infested with monster, and it is the duty of our heroes to get rid of them.

Kikuru Madan:immoral guild character

Voiced by Katsumi Fukuhara, Kikuru is a 20-year-old hunter who uses a range of weapons. He is a pretty skilled warrior. However, despite his skills, Kikuru believes that he has wasted his youth and wants to leave the guild. He must find a worthy successor to take his place. Katsumi Fukuhara is a Japanese voice actor known for his roles in In Another World with my Smartphone and Skip to Loafer.

Hitamu Kyan:immoral guild character

Nicknamed Hitamuki, Hitamu is a martial artist with dog ears who works super hard. Despite her determination, she always seems to mess up when it comes to fighting monsters. She’s the first person to join Kikuru’s party. Hitamu is voiced by Karin Isobe, a Japanese voice actress known for her roles in Just Because and Ishuzoku Reviewers.

Maidena Angers:immoral guild character

Voiced by Ayano Shibuya, Maidena is an arrogant little white mage. Despite being pretty strong and talented, she is a crybaby and always scared when faced with monsters. The little girl still likes to boast a lot! Ayano Shibuya is a Japanese voice actress known for her role as Flare in Redo of Healer.

Tokishikko Dana:immoral guild character

Voiced by You Taichi, Tokishikko is a black mage with a lazy personality. She dedicated herself to learning black magic from a young age and actually got pretty good. She is a childhood friend of Hanabata’s. You Taichi is a Japanese voice actress known for her roles in the Jojo series and Erased.

Hanabata Nohkins:immoral guild character

Voiced by Yuna Kamakura, Hanabata is a warrior and the childhood friend of Tokishikko. Hanabata is a tall and curvy lady with a calm and collected nature. She is also quite humble. Yuna Kamakura is a Japanese voice actress known for her roles in Munou Na Nana and Centaur No Nayami.

Noma Rune:immoral guild character

Look again because Noma is actually a guy! This young lad often gets mistaken for a girl as he looks quite feminine. He also has some confidence issues. Saho Shirasu, the voice behind Noma, is a relatively new Japanese voice actress. She also voiced Mio Kofune in Summertime Render.

Enome:immoral guild character

Voiced by Rumi Okubo, Enome is the receptionist of Kikuru’s guild, and he has a huge crush on her. She is a beautiful blonde in her early 30s. Rumi Okubo also voiced the famous trap from the Fate series, Astolfo and the calm and collected Nona from Death Parade.

Eshune:immoral guild character

Voiced by Yuyu Shoji, Eshune is Enome’s daughter. She actually wants her mother to get together with Kikuru as she despises her father for leaving the family. Yuyu Shoji doesn’t have too much experience as a voice actress, but she did a great job in this series!

Immoral Guild Release Date

The first season of Immoral Guild started airing on the 5th of October, 2022. The last episode aired on the 21st of December, 2022. The uncensored version was released exclusively by AT-X. The show has 12 episodes, and so far, there doesn’t seem to be any news regarding the release of a second season.

As for the manga of Immoral Guild, it is actually still on-going. The manga first started publishing all the way back in the June of 2017.
